Update: 56 people on hunger strike, 49 in Cuba, 7 abroad

As of today, Monday, March 29, 56 people are on hunger strike, 49 of them inside Cuba and 7 people outside the Island. United States reinstates Cuba on their list of countries who engage in state-sponsored terrorism After several pleas to the Obama and Trump administrations, respectively, the United States reinstated Cuba on their list of countries who engage in state-sponsored terrorism as of January 11, 2021.
