Rosa María Payá denounced the arrest of the former interim president of Bolivia, Jeanine Añez, describing the arrest as “political revenge.” Cuban activists have expressed their rejection of the arrest of the former president of Bolivia, arrested at dawn on Saturday, March 13 by the Bolivian authorities.
